Terms of Sale
Drinks Brokers Ltd will endeavour to process and despatch your order within 3-5 working days, or next day if you opt for the Next Day Delivery service. Should a product not be available and if it is likely to be unavailable for longer than a week Drinks Brokers Ltd will refund the value of that product and despatch the remainder of the order.
Drinks Brokers Ltd use a third party courier to deliver items. The delivery times are typically from 8:30am to 5:30pm Monday to Friday. Should a Saturday delivery be required please contact Drinks Brokers Ltd and place your order over the phone as Saturday deliveries carry a surcharge. There are no Sunday or Bank Holiday deliveries.
UK delivery ONLY
We only delivers to addresses in Mainland UK. Details of our delivery area and charging structure are set out below.
If you are not within the delivery area, but would like to order from Drinks Brokers, please call 01760 727000 and we can discuss how we can get your out to you and agree the special charges that will apply.
We deliver to the UK mainland only. This includes England, Wales and Scotland and excludes all islands including Northern Ireland and the Irish Republic. Please note the following conditions that we must apply.
Next day delivery
You have selected our premium delivery service. Orders placed before 11.00am will be delivered on the next working day.
London, Devon & Cornwall. Grampian and Highlands surcharges
Delivery to some areas within the UK is more expensive. We apply a postage and packaging surcharge to some areas, specifically London, Devon & Cornwall. Grampian and Highlands.
To find out if these charges affect your delivery address, go through the order process as usual, you will be informed of any surcharge after you have submitted your delivery details, including your postcode.
To find out what charges apply add your items to the shopping basket and proceed to the checkout. Once you have entered your delivery address your delivery price will be calculated.
Drinks Brokers does not deliver to addresses outside the United Kingdom (mainland only). If you would like to arrange a delivery to an address outside the UK, please contact the Drinks Brokers Ltd office directly.
Orders placed in error
In the event that an order is placed to an address that we do not deliver to (see above for details), that order is invalid. Whether an order is invalid or not is entirely our decision. If your order is invalid, we will inform you by email sent to the customer email address and we will immediately refund the payment for that order.
Should any product arrive damaged or unsuitable for use then please contact us on 01760 727000 / [email protected] within 7 days of delivery for a complete refund. In some cases we will ask for the product to be returned and we will organise its collection at a time to suit. Do not dispose of any such product unless directed to do so by Customer Services or you may not be able to be refunded.
If you wish to change or cancel an order before despatch please contact us as soon as you can on 01760 727000 between 9am and 5pm Monday to Friday.
Please have the following details to hand:
- Customer name
- Order number
- Date of the order
Where possible we will try and prevent your order from being despatched but as orders are normally processed immediately we may have already packaged your order and sent it to you.
If this is the case then we cannot always stop the goods from arriving as ordered. In such cases, once you receive the order, you will have to return it to us within 10 days of delivery. If you wish to cancel and return the order within 10 days of delivery, we will refund the cost of the item & the cost of delivery but not the cost of returning the goods to us. We will only do this provided you have contacted us and informed us of your intent to do so and the goods have not been opened or damaged.
