Mango and pineapple milk shake

The combination of tropical fruit such as mango, pineapple and banana are perfect for when you want a nutritious drink to fill a gap if you don’t feel like eating a full meal. Adding rolled oats makes this shake a little more substantial, filling and nutritious.

Serves 4


150g pineapple, chopped

1 mango, skin removed and cut into chunks

2 ripe bananas

1 orange juiced

400 ml / ½ pint Oat Drink

2 tbsp rolled oats

a few mint leaves and ice cubes to serve


Place the fruit and orange juice into a tall jug and liquidise with a stick blender. Add the Oat Drink and rolled oats and liquid again. Pour into 4 glasses and scatter with mint leaves and serve with ice if you want to.
