This recipe uses chocolate flavoured Oat Drink to make this milk shake taste even better.
100g berries (blueberries, blackberries, blackcurrants or raspberries)
2 ripe bananas
2 tbsp good quality cocoa powder
1 tbsp nut butter such as almond or peanut
1 tbsp of cocoa nibs or grated plain dark chocolate
Crush the berries with a fork or in a pestle and mortar. Divide the berries between two glasses to form a layer. Place the remaining ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth and frothy.
Pour the milk shake into the glasses and sprinkle with cocoa nibs or grated dark chocolate. Serve straight away.
