Autumn fruit smoothie bowl

This is a delicious way to get a whole range of nutritious foods into breakfast. The oats and peanut butter enrich the smoothie bowl with healthy oils, fibre, vitamins and minerals to make this a sustaining breakfast that will keep you fuelled up until lunch time.
Serves 4
Ingredients
300g natural yogurt
2 ripe bananas
30g rolled oats
120g blackberries, raspberries or blueberries
100ml OatDrink
1 handful of muesli (no-added-sugar)
2 tbsp peanut butter
2 tbsp mixed seed i.e., sunflower, pumpkin, poppy, linseeds etc
To serve:
fresh seasonal fruit, such as raspberries, blackberries, white/red currants, grated apples Method Place the yogurt, bananas and oats in a blender and blitz until smooth. Pour two thirds of the mixture into the base of four bowls.
Add 120g berries to yogurt and banana mix in the blender and blitz again until smooth, adding a splash of Oat Drink to loosen, if needed.
Divide the berry mixture between the four bowls and swirl the two liquids together to create a rippled effect. Sprinkle the muesli between the bowls, followed by a spoonful of peanut butter, some seeds, and a portion of seasonal fresh fruit.
